We do not entertain any returns, unless, the product is defective. We recommend to create a video while opening the package which should be clearly focused on to the product.

I have ordered my item, what should I do next?
Once we receive the order we immediately begin our process to ship your desired product. We call our customers to reconfirm the order, incase, of any doubts for the customized orders. After confirmation, we would prepare your order as per the requirement. Item would be shipped after the quality check.
How much time does it take for the delivery to reach me?
The delivery time is 4-7 days after your item has been prepared.
For the handcrafted orders that need preparation time, we take 7 -10 days for it to be prepared and then ship. We inform our customers on call or watsapp.
For customized orders,the time of preparation varies from design to design. A design might take 2-15 days to prepare depending upon the complexity of the design. We do our best to send you the product as soon as possible.
What is the delivery time for Bulk Orders?
The bulk orders would take some extra time to deliver. We would personally discuss and give you the expected delivery time.
